Alessandro Pavoni was born in Rome in 1963.  After an internship at Technovision in  Rome, Pavoni started work as  a focus puller collaborating on different commercials with Cinematographers: Carlo di Palma, Adrian Biddle, Jan de Bont, Douglas Slocombe. In 1990 Pavoni started working as Director of Photography with Film Master in Milan for music videos.  In 1993 Pavoni worked as D.O.P. for motion picture "Copenhagen Foxtrot" directed by Antonio Domenici.  In the last ten years Pavoni has worked in commercials with national and international companies such as BRW, Gruppo Cooper, Haibun, Harold, Movie Magic, Filmaster, Markenfilm (Germany), & Telecreature (France).  Pavoni continues motion picture work, having just completed "Noi Due" for Rai Fiction.  Over the years Pavoni has worked for the following directors: Kal Karman, Alberto Colombo, Matteo Bonifazio, David Incorvaia, Giuseppe Capotondi, Maki Gherzi, Riccardo Paoletti, Paul Vos, Massimo Coglitore, Thomas Richter, Simon Delaney...
